Can I update my contract online?

Absolutely. To access and update information for your personal contract(s), please log in to the website and click on the My Contract tab on the left navigation menu. You can change your current and future allocations by selecting the transaction from your drop-down menu in the Task Bar. Other changes, such as address changes, email settings, eDelivery settings, and more can be made from the My Profile section. Download and complete the Change of Address or Name Form and mail or fax in the request.
How can I change my address?

From your Contract Details page, select the Additional Contract Details link located above your allocations. The next screen will provide a link to update the address.
How do I change my email address?

From your Contract Details page, select the My Profile tab after logging in to your account.
How do I change my beneficiary?

We require a signed request from the contract owner in order to change the beneficiary. Refer to Section 3: Beneficiary Designation on the Change of Owner and/or Beneficiary Form.
How do I change my broker?

We require a signed request from the contract owner in order to change the broker. Refer to the Change of Broker/Dealer Form.
How do I update my name?

We require a signed request from the contract owner in order to change the name on the contract. Refer to Section 3: Name Change on the Change of Address or Name Form.
