You may be able to process your claim quickly and easily over the phone through our Express Claims feature.

To be eligible, you must meet, at a minimum, the following requirements:

  • You are an individual beneficiary.
  • You are electing to receive your settlement as a one-time lump sum cash payment.
  • Each individual beneficiary’s settlement amount is $10,000 or less.
  • You are a U.S. citizen currently living in the U.S.
  • Information from the death certificate will be available on the call at the time of processing.
  • You will be present on the call at the time of processing.
